Guided Session

45–60 minute human-led session. Engagement lead reviews the AI signal output, probes the two or three highest-risk areas, resolves contradictions. This is your session — not a sales call.

Step 3
Readout Presentation

The engagement lead presents your operational picture: domain health, priority gap cluster, open questions. The Readout is the first deliverable — you see it before signing anything. Scope and contract follow.
