A structured AI interview covering all five operational domains: Commercial, Finance, Operations, Technology, People. Completed asynchronously, at your own pace. The AI adapts questions in real time based on your answers — probing vague signals, extending strong ones. No Denacom involvement at this stage.

Guided session with the engagement lead — 45–60 min
The engagement lead reviews the AI’s signal output with you, probes the two or three highest-risk areas, and resolves any contradictions in the picture. This is an analytical session — not a sales call. You leave with a clear, honest read on where the operational risk lives and what it is costing you.

You receive the full Readout output: operational picture across all five domains, priority gap cluster ranked by EBITDA exposure, and the open questions the VCP would resolve. If the profile supports an engagement, scope and terms are presented. If it does not, we tell you honestly why — and you keep the output either way.
